By setting up an account and engaging with our game, you certify that you and, if applicable, your legal guardian have reviewed and understand these Terms. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement or have the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

II. Blockchain Integration
Digital Assets
Wanderworld incorporates blockchain technology, allowing you to experience digital ownership through Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), which include but are not limited to Wanderbots and Cyberclash Power Decks. These digital assets are your property upon acquisition. We only facilitate their use within the game.

III. Gameplay License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Wanderworld according to these Terms.

IV. Conduct
You agree to engage in Wanderworld fairly and responsibly. Any attempt to exploit the game through unauthorized means may lead to suspension or termination of your Account.

V. Communication and Behavior
Engage respectfully with others in the community forums and in-game communication channels. We reserve the right to moderate content and restrict access for non-compliance.

VI. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a limited license to use it for game operation and improvement. Our Intellectual Property must not be used without prior consent.

VII. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide an engaging and stable environment, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

VIII. Amendments and Termination
We may modify features or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You may terminate your account at any time; however, this will result in loss of access to any associated data and assets.
